Return the items within 90 days (from your invoice date).
Return/exchange of items purchased is easy. First get RMA “Return Merchandise Authorization” by making call at 1-888-686-8273 or go to this page. We will not work on any exchange or product return without RMA.

No return for these products
Buyer will have to deliver the product to our company and is liable for all shipping charges including the delivery charges to your premises. The overall risk of product lost/damaged during this transition shall also pass on to the Buyer.
Customers won’t get any return for Printer toners, printer ink, backup tapes (featuring custom barcode labels), opened cleaning tapes, and all other opened/damaged items. Our staff will give approval for exchange/return if they are confident that the returned item is fit for selling.

Responsibility of the shipping cost
The Buyer will get refund minus its shipping cost. This also applies to the items that got “free shipping”. However, the return shipping expense will be paid by Backuptapes.net if we delivered you incorrect product.
If the Buyer ordered wrong product by mistake, then he should ensure that the item is delivered to our Company in 10 days (from invoice date).

Refund Policy
Product returned within 30 days (from invoice date) and cleared by our staff will get credit for the item’s purchase price. We may offer store credit to the customers returning their products after 30 days.

Restocking Fees on return products
25% restocking fee charged on goods returned after 30 days (from delivery date). 

Delivery of damaged items
Refuse visibly damaged delivery and immediately inform us. Backuptapes.net will make every effort for the replacement. If the concealed damage got discovered by the Buyer after accepting the product, then he has only 24 hours (from delivery time) to inform us via Email/phone.

Product Condition
Return Items will be rejected if UPC codes are removed or it has defaced packaging. Make sure that the wrapping, instruction booklets, packing foam, unfilled warranty cards and all other related stuff are packed in the original factory box. Deliver the products in their original condition, otherwise the claim will be refused.
